Cristiano Ronaldo is having a tough time. The Portuguese, one of the best players in the world, is struggling to play regularly for Man Utd and even more so after his spat with Ten Hag during the clash with Tottenham.
The Portuguese refused to play and decided to go to the dressing room before the final whistle. The manager did not like that and he did not hesitate in punishing him for that. The English press understand that Ronaldo is not happy at Old Trafford and it looks like he could leave in January.
'The Daily Mail' reported that Chelsea were interested in "rescuing" CR7 and now Napoli have emerged as another option for the striker. That is what 'The Sun' says. They add that the Italians want him in order to bolster their squad.
The Serie A outfit are right now leaders of Serie A with 29 points, three ahead of AC Milan. Spalletti's men are fighting on all fronts and Cristiano's arrival would likely help them try and win the 'Scudetto'.
So far this season, the Man Utd number 7 has made just 12 appearances, six of them as a starter, and he has played just 691 minutes.
