Arda Guler is undoubtedly one of the most talented players in the Real Madrid squad. However, although the situation has changed recently, the player has failed to establish himself in a starting role under Carlo Ancelotti, who tends to opt for more experienced players.
The former Fenerbahce player is currently happy with his situation at the Spanish club, but if at some point he decides to leave on loan to enjoy more playing time, Bayer Leverkusen are the main candidates to convince the Turk.
The German side were already interested in the 19-year-old midfielder before his move to the 'Merengues', and would be delighted to enjoy Guler's quality on loan.
However, according to recent reports, Real Madrid have no intention of letting the Turk leave in the winter and are unlikely to let him leave next summer either, although Xabi Alonso's side would be willing to make a move if it comes to that.
According to 'Sky Sport' journalist Florian Plettenberg, there is contact between Leverkusen and Guler's family and representatives, but there have been no negotiations with ‘Los Blancos’ for the time being.
