Barca, the team with the most league wins in Europe 2022

Barcelona, with 26 wins out of 34 league matches played in 2022, are the team with the highest winning percentage (76.47%) in the top European leagues.
This year, Xavi Hernandez's side have drawn on four occasions and they have accumulated another four defeats. Last season, between January and June, they lost against Cadiz, Rayo Vallecano and Villarreal and drew against Granada, Espanyol and Getafe. This season they have suffered just one defeat against Real Madrid and a draw against Rayo.
Comparing the main European leagues, Barcelona lead this statistic ahead of PSG and Napoli, both with a 73.53% win rate (25 meetings won out of 34 played).
In fourth position we find Manchester City, with 71.88% of wins (23 victories in 33 matches), followed by Real Madrid and Arsenal, with 69.7% (23 wins out of 33 games). The top 10 is completed by Milan (67.62%), Liverpool (66.67%), Bayern Munich (62.5%) and Lens and Inter (61.76%).
This figure confirms the good form of the team in La Liga, a competition which they currently lead with 37 points.
Barcelona have not had similar figures since 2017. Last season, Barca played 41 matches, winning 24 of them and accumulating a winning percentage of 58.54%. In 2020 the figure was even lower at 57.14% with 20 wins in 35 matches.
In 2019 and 2018 the year ended with 69.23% and 65.79% of matches won respectively. And finally, the highest figure was recorded in 2017, with 32 wins in 39 matches (82.05%).
