"We are not good enough and we know it"

Manchester United were rescued late on against bottom side Southampton thanks to a stellar performance from Amad Diallo. The winger scored a hat trick to give the Red Devils the win. Despite this, he was not entirely happy.
"We weren't good enough. We need to be hungrier in the final third of the pitch. We showed at the end that we were the better team. I'm very happy for the win because this team deserves it," the winger told TNT Sports.
"I feel good, I'm very happy to have scored my first hat trick at Old Trafford. But for me, the most important thing was to win this game and I'm happy for the club that we were able to do that," added the Manchester United player.
Amorim has already tested Diallo in different positions, but he doesn't mind: "I'm ready to play in any position the coach wants to put me in. I am ready to fight for this club. I'm very happy to play where the coach wants me to play and I'm very happy to score a hat trick."
"It's important to win. This gives us confidence for the next game. We have to continue like this and play like this. I have confidence in this team. We can win every game. In the end we showed that we were very good," he said.
