Valencia want Nice's Pablo Rosario on loan

Valencia know that they have to hurry to make the final changes to the squad as the January transfer window draws to a close. The Spanish side have not signed anyone so far.
According to 'Marca', Valencia have contacted Nice to sign Pablo Rosario. The French club asked for six million euros for him but the board refused to pay that amount.
The Spanish side wanted to sign Atletico player Saul but the situation has become more complicated in the last few hours. As a result, Valencia want the Dutch midfielder on loan.
The deal could be closed if it is a transfer without an option to buy. Moreover, Hoon's side would pay one million euros but the French team are not convinced about the transfer.
