After the famous interview with 'Talk TV', Cristiano Ronaldo has been in the headlines recently. The Portugues man said he felt betrayed by Manchester United and emphasised that he does not respect Erik ten Hag.
After his controversial words, there was a lot of news which came out about possible offers for the forward for the January transfer window. Now, the five times Balon d'Or winner is with Portugal, preparing for the World Cup.
What is certain is that his situation at Old Trafford is unsustainable, and he is already basically out of the club. Even if it was a small gest, the Manchester side have already got to work on getting rid of everything to do with Cristiano and the team.
This was obvious when several workers from the Manchester club started to take down a huge mural from the stadium's facade which had a photo of the ex-Juventus player. It is a clear gest for his more-than-likely goodbye to the club.
