Rodri 'didn't understand much' the argument between Morata and Vinicius
Alvaro Morata did not take kindly to the whistles and, at the end of the game, he approached the Santiago Bernabeu stands. Vinicius saw him and quickly went to reproach the Spain player. A scuffle broke out in the closing stages that Rodri, with everyone already in the dressing room, said he didn't understand.

The Spain-Brazil match was not without controversy. After the match, the tension that could be seen at times during the match ended up escalating in an image captured by the cameras.
With the game over, the players had not yet retired to the dressing rooms. At one point, Morata appeared to approach the stands and Vinicius went to reprimand him. The Spaniard did not hesitate to respond and the two men confronted each other, a tussle that ended up involving other players and members of both coaching staffs.
Rodri was asked what happened and did not even know how to answer. "I didn't really understand the arguments. We have a lot at stake at the end of the season, there could be injuries... The results are worth very little, they matter when it comes to the European Championship and the image that the team is growing and solidity, that's what we'll take with us to the European Championship," he said on 'Teledeporte'.
"The victory slipped away from us at the last second. It's a pity because the penalty was preventable. We did a great job, we were united against a great team. We controlled the game, it's a pity about their first goal. We showed that we were competitive," he said.
Rodri was the star of the show, scoring a brace from the penalty spot in a match in which he was captain, having been handed the armband by Alvaro Morata, just days after his grandfather passed away.
"I'm very grateful to Alvaro for the gesture, it speaks of what a great person he is. I dedicate it to my grandfather, may he rest in peace, who has taught me so much and instilled so much in me. I have played with an incredible inner peace. It's a hard blow, but life goes on," commented Rodri.
