Referees confirmed for Madrid-Valencia Spanish Super Cup clash

Through a statement on social media, the RFEF authorities confirmed that Alejandro Hernandez Hernandez will be the main referee for the clash between Real Madrid and Valencia in the Spanish Super Cup.

The Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) announced the referees who will officiate the semi-finals of the Spanish Super Cup, which will be played from 11th January in Saudi Arabia.
The match between Real Madrid and Valencia, scheduled for Wednesday, will be refereed by Alejandro Hernandez Hernandez, who will be joined by Jose Enrique Naranjo Perez and Diego Sanchez Rojo as assistant referees.
The fourth official will be Javier Iglesias Villanueva, while the VAR room will be headed by Catalan Xavier Estrada Fernandez, assisted by David Medie Jimenez and Juan Luis Pulido Santana.
Carlos del Cerro Grande will referee the match between Barcelona and Real Betis, which will be played on Thursday. Guadalupe Porras Ayuso and Gonzalo Garcia Gonzalez will be his assistants, while Juan Luis Pulido Santana will act as fourth official.
In the VAR room, Nacho Iglesias Villanueva will lead the actions, with Santiago Jaime Latre and Alejandro Muniz Ruiz as assistants.
