Pedri named La Liga U-23 Player of the Month for October

Barcelona fans can be more than happy with their team's flying start to the season. The Catalan giants have lost just two games in the 2024/25 campaign, their last defeat coming on 28 September against Osasuna.
And October has been a month in which the ‘Cules’ have ratified themselves as clear candidates to fight for every title this season, with convincing victories over Bayern and Real Madrid by 4-1 and 4-0 respectively.
One of the keys to the Catalan side's run of form is the form of their players, such as Pedri, who is returning to his best after being plagued by injury in previous seasons.
In fact, the Spanish midfielder has been named La Liga U-23 Player of the Month for October after playing well in league wins over Alaves, Sevilla (including a goal) and Real Madrid.
Pedri has made 14 official appearances so far this season under Hansi Flick, 12 of them starts, in which he has scored 3 goals and provided 2 assists.
