Neymar and Danilo will miss the remaining two games in Group B, against Switzerland and Cameroon, due to ankle injuries.
Neymar and Danilo both got injured in the 2-0 win over Serbia and both players underwent tests on Friday morning in Doha, before a training session in the Grand Hamad Stadium where they were not present.
According to 'Globoesporte', neither player will be back before the end of the group stages.
The Juventus player's absence may give way to Eder Militao on the right hand side, who was a sub against Serbia, or to Dani Alves, who, at 39 years old, is in the Brazilian side.
As for Neymar's abesence, Tite could start Manchester United's Anthony, Gabriel Jesus or Rodrygo as a second attacker.
The Brazil boss was confident that Neymar would get back to fitness before the end of the World Cup, but this injury has had him out for a while throughout his career, and could force him to have a lesser role in what remains of the tournament.
