"Never in my wildest dreams had I imagined this"

Argentina's dream was finally fulfilled after a penalty shoot-out against France. Leandro Paredes made his first comments after the meeting.
"This victory goes to my family, my wife, my children, all the effort behind this. We are really proud of everything we gave as a team," Paredes said.
"There are no words for this. Not even in my wildest dreams had I imagined this. I thought of my whole family, of all the way I have come, of my wife, my parents, of those who are cheering in heaven, of those who have accompanied us...," he added.
Finally, Paredes could not hold back the tears of joy: "We will never forget this. To be champions with all these people is incredible," Juventus midfielder concluded.
