Napoli plan to triple Kvaratskhelia's salary to lure him away from Barca

The future of Khvicha Kvaratskhelia is uncertain. Napoli want to keep their player at all costs and will offer him a lucrative salary increase but Barcelona loom on the horizon.
According to 'La Gazzetta dello Sport', the Georgian winger's agent Mamuka Jugeli twill meet next week with president Aurelio de Laurentiis to discuss the talented player's future.
Napoli's intention is to almost triple his annual salary from 1.5 million euros per season to four million euros in order to avoid a possible move to another team.
And that other team could be Barcelona. The fact that Xavi Hernandez is finally going to be the coach means that interest in the Georgian has not cooled.
Added to that is the fact that Napoli will not be in the Champions League next campaign, which means a loss of the spotlight for a player who, in his first season in Italy, dazzled to the point of being considered one of the best wingers on the planet.
