The Portuguese manager was clear in his stance during a recent press conference, rejecting the ongoing speculation as baseless.
"Cristiano Ronaldo will not come to Fenerbahce. I've three good strikers and I don’t need another one," said the Portuguese manager. "Cristiano will always be Cristiano, but I don't want him because I'm satisfied with my strikers."
Reports of Ronaldo’s potential move to Turkey have persisted for months, with Fenerbahce and other Super Lig clubs frequently linked to the Portuguese star. However, the latest remarks from Mourinho appear to put an end to the speculation surrounding a possible transfer.
While Ronaldo continues to be a key figure for Al Nassr in the Saudi Pro League, coach Mourinho remains focused on leading Fenerbahce to success. The Turkish are enjoying a strong campaign and aim to maintain their momentum in both domestic and European competitions.
