The Bombonera was getting ready for another Boca Juniors home game, this time against Gimnasia, but there were also several cameras pointed at one of the stadium's boxes. There, a team from Inter Miami's youth team was in the limelight.
Especially Thiago Messi, Leo's eldest son, who was enjoying the match accompanied, among others, by Benja Suarez, Luis Suarez's son.
As part of this invitation from the ‘Xeneize’ team, all the boys of the Inter Miami team received the local kit. Thiago Messi showed it off and got to wear it to the delight of all the Boca Juniors fans watching the pictures after the game.
All of them watched Fernando Gago's side's victory over Gimnasia live. Milton Gimenez's solitary goal 15 minutes into the game gave Boca a lead they were able to hold on to as the minutes ticked by. They suffered at times, but celebrated another win to try to get closer to the Libertadores places.
