Lucas Hernandez is getting closer and closer to Paris Saint-Germain. The French defender wants to play in Paris next season, which means Bayern need to find themselves a replacement.
The good news for all involved is that the Bavarians are already close to completing their deal with Napoli defender Kim Min-jae, making Hernandez's move all the more likely.
The French international has reportedly already travelled to Paris for his medical tests, report 'Marca', making the move appear imminent. Passing the medical is the first step towards getting the contract signed and sealed with the French champions.
The transfer of the former Atletico Madrid player is expected to cost the French club 50 million euros. It remains to be seen whether the elder Hernandez has fully recovered from his serious knee injury sustained at the 2022 World Cup last November, but the French giants are willing to take that risk.
