Carlo Ancelotti had in mind the signing of Stanislav Lobotka for Real Madrid, but he is going to have to forget about it. The Napoli midfielder told 'Il Corriere dello Sport' that he is in talks with his club to renew his contract and that he has no plans to leave Italy.

Stanislav Lobotka is tied to Napoli until June 2025. The former Celta player is clear that he is already at the club where he wants to play.
Despite Real Madrid being mentioned as a possible destination for Lobotka, the player is clear that he will not move to Napoli. Carlo Ancelotti has reportedly recommended to the board his signing for next season, but he will have to find another target for the midfield.
The Slovakian told 'Il Corriere dello Sport' that he is in talks with Napoli to continue at the Diego Armando Maradona side for many more years. "We are in talks with Napoli, at a good point in the negotiations. I want to stay," he commented.
Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis was not going to let him leave easily either. The 60-million-euro price tag means he can take a breath of fresh air now. As much as Madrid want him, the midfielder prefers to stay in Serie A.
