Liverpool's Ibrahima Konate has tipped teammate Mohamed Salah as a strong contender for the 2025 Ballon d'Or, highlighting the forward's remarkable performances this season.
"I really hope we will achieve great things this season because if he keeps going like this, I think at the end of the season he can win the Ballon d'Or," Konate claimed. The Egyptian star currently leads both the Premier League's goal and assist charts, showcasing his pivotal role in Liverpool's title challenge.
Salah's impressive tally of 20 goals and 17 assists in just 26 appearances across all competitions has positioned him as the frontrunner for the prestigious award.
