Inter have been dealt with an emergency on the flanks ahead of their Champions League last 16 tie against Feyenoord as Dimarco picked up an injury in Sunday's 1-1 draw with Napoli.
Exams carried out earlier today revealed that Dimarco "strained a muscle in his right thigh" and is not reportedly expected back until the end of the month, meaning he will miss both European fixtures against the Dutch side.
His injury means that Simone Inzaghi will be without four of his five full-backs for the trip to Rotterdam on Wednesday, with Denzel Dumfries being the only player at his disposal for that position.
Zalewski, Augusto and Darmian have been sidelined with injuries before the draw at the Diego Armando Maradona. With his 3-5-2 formation now compromised, Inzaghi will have to work something out with just two days remaining until the match.
