"It hurts me a lot to see Valencia in this situation. They don't deserve to be relegated. They have to keep playing in La Liga," he began.
Moreover, the Spain international spoke about a possible return to the Mestalla stadium: "I have never closed doors. I wish I could return to Valencia. It's my club and it's the club I love the most. Why wouldn't I come back?," Torres added.
"I think the Valencia fans are without doubt one of the best, I have always said so. You can see that they help as much as they can and that the strength they transmit to the players helps us in those difficult moments to move forward," he concluded.
