Huge Premier League club asked Barca for Ferran

Ferran Torres could be playing in the Premier League right now. Yes, just as you read it. An unknown club from the English Premier League tried to convince Barcelona to transfer the Spanish player during the last winter transfer window.
According to a report published by the newspaper 'Mundo Deportivo', Barca received an offer from a top Premier League club in January for the 22-year-old left winger, who has a contract with the Catalan club until 2027.
Apparently, the former Valencia and Manchester City player rejected the offer outright, as his plan is to stay longer at the Camp Nou to prove, once and for all, his worth and quality.
The Spanish international is not exactly enjoying much playing time, but that does not put an end to his hopes of convincing Xavi Hernandez to finally give him a regular place in the starting eleven.
Since his landing at Camp Nou in January 2022, the Valencia-born player has made a total of 51 official appearances in which he has scored 12 goals and provided seven assists. So far this season, he has scored five goals in 25 games, nine of them as a starter.
