According to 'The Telegraph', Henrique Hilario has decided to leave Chelsea to become the head goalkeeping coach. The Portuguese will reportedly leave the Blues after 16 years when new England manager Thomas Tuchel will official begin on January 1st.

With the international officially coming to an end, the next time England take the pitch they will be lead by Thomas Tuchel. The Germany international will officially start working from January 1st 2025, as Lee Carsley rein as interim manager has come to an end.
When Tuchel begins his journey at the helm of the Three Lions on New Year's, he will be joined by Chelsea goalkeeper coach Henrique Hilario. According to 'The Telegraph' the Portuguese is set to leave the Blues, thus terminating a 16-year spell at Stamford Bridge.
Chelsea are yet to confirm his departure, but sources are confident the 49-year-old's exit is imminent, as he is set to become the head goalkeeping coach at the England national team. Anthony Barry (assistant coach) and James Melbourne (performance analysis) are also confirmed in Tuchel's coaching staff.
Hilario worked with Tuchel during their time together at Chelsea, though it was brief as the latter was sacked less than a year after being appointed. Hilario also played for Chelsea during his time as a goalkeeper, making 39 appearances for the Blues before retiring in the 2013/14 season.
