Julio Enciso is looking for a bigger role and is heading to Ipswich Town to find it. The midfielder, who turns 21 on Thursday, has played a very minor role at Brighton this season, with just 581 minutes in 16 games, as well as playing the odd game for the Seagulls' reserve team. The player had been with the club since the summer of 2022, when 11 million was paid to Liberty for his arrival.
At Ipswich Town, he will be looking to help them stay in the Premier League, who are second-bottom on 16 points. They have the same as Wolverhampton Wanderers.
“I am so happy to be here. The conversations with the Manager have been good. I am very grateful to him and the Club for believing in me. I can’t wait to get going. I’m a real fighter and I will do my best in every game,” Julio told TownTV.
The Paraguayan's debut may not be too long in coming. This Saturday, in the Premier League match against Liverpool, the midfielder could get his first minutes with the Tractors.
