Jude Bellingham will make headlines in the upcoming transfer window. Borussia Dortmund are beginning to realise that they will lose the England midfielder, so they are already making moves for his replacement. The German club's favourite is Daichi Kamada.
The Japanese midfielder would be the big gamble of the German sporting management, as 'Sport1' advanced months ago and confirmed this week. The big advantage at Signal Iduna Park is that his contract with Eintracht ends in June.
Borussia Dortmund's plan would be to convince Daichi Kamada to join them on a free transfer. It would be a big leap forward for the reigning Europa League winner.
The Japanese player has made 30 appearances this season, scoring 13 goals and providing four assists. In addition, Eintracht are in the last 16 of the Champions League against Napoli, although they lost the first leg (0-2).
