Following news of Cristiano's departure from United, clubs are making moves to try to sign the Portuguese. One of those rumoured to be interested is Al-Nassr, whose owner is the Saudi Arabian crown prince.
Meanwhile, the '7', who is currently playing in the World Cup in Qatar, has entrusted his lawyers with a complaint to Juventus, as reported by 'La Gazzetta dello Sport'.
The aforementioned media reports that the Portuguese demands 19.9 million euros, an amount that both parties agreed on during the COVID-19 pandemic and that the Madeira native has not received.
Juventus, on the other hand, have made it clear that they did pay Cristiano, who understands that the 'Vecchia Signora' did not fulfil what was agreed. And all this is happening in the midst of an investigation into the club.
It should not be forgotten that there have been several resignations at Juve recently. Rumour has it that because of an alleged inflation of players' market prices for profit and the non-inclusion of the deferral of payments to a number of footballers in the 2020 financial year.
