He is far from being on sale, but Mason Mount's future at Chelsea is becoming increasingly uncertain. The player rejected the first offer of a renewal at the end of 2022, according to the 'Daily Mail'.
The reason for the English midfielder's refusal was financial, as he demanded around 350,000 euros a week when what Todd Boehly put on the table was less than 250,000 every seven days.
The 'Daily Telegraph' has revealed that the next transfer window will be the last chance. Mason Mount will be released in June 2024 and, whatever happens, Chelsea will say no more after September.
Graham Potter will have the last word and will try to convince the Blues youth player that the best option is to continue at Stamford Bridge. Given the context, Liverpool and Juventus will be keeping a close eye on the outcome of this story.
