Liverpool took on Chelsea in their first Premier League match of the 2023/24 season at Stamford Bridge. The Reds started pressing high and Salah was a crucial player for the Reds in the first half. Diaz put Klopp's men ahead but debutant Disasi found the equaliser to finish 1-1. Both a Blues goal and a Liverpool goal were disallowed for offside. Both teams shared points despite the best efforts in the second period.
