Brahim Diaz has made his return to team training following an lengthy period on the sidelines. The Moroccan was seen joining the squad during Monday's session ahead to the European clash after having trained separately on Sunday.
Diaz is very unlikely to feature in the Champions League this week, though the club's medical services reckon he will be available for the upcoming the game against Barcelona. With that in mind, the player is focusing on getting into shape ahead of a potential cameo of the bench this weekend.
The 25-year-old will be eased back into action by Madrid boss Ancelotti after missing out on a month worth of action. Diaz suffered a muscle strain on September 14th during the match at Real Sociedad in the league. The forward currently has a goal and an assist this season, and will look to add to his tally following his comeback.
