Atletico close in on Kang-In Lee but will have to sell first

The transfer window is open and Atletico Madrid are interesting in signing an attacking midfielder. Kang-In Lee, 'Mundo Deportivo' says that he is on the agenda of Atletico president Enrique Cerezo.
Atletico Madrid have got their eyes on the Mallorca player, according to this source. He would have a place at the Metropolitano if Mallorca decide to let him leave.
Mallorca are pointing clubs to his buyout clause, which is 30 million. The Catalan paper. however, says that the deal could be done for around 20 million.
But for that deal to be completed, Atletico Madrid are forced to sell a player. If a player does not get it, then they will have to wait until the summer so that they can balance the books.
