Arsenal ahead of United and Chelsea for Martinez

Martinez will get back to being in the headlines when the transfer market reopens. Inter Milan's finances have been in better shape and they'll have to cash some of their best players in, meaning the Argentine will be one of the favourites to have to leave.
After not having a great World Cup due to an ankle injury, the striker returned to the Serie A fresh to try and get the top-spot back, although it seems unlikely that Napoli are going to drop off.
With 15 goals and seven assists in 31 games, Martinez is interested, as he will have to leave Milan, in continuing his career in the Premier League. According to 'Team Talk', the Argentinian's favoured move would be to Arsenal, who are thinking about sending the Italian club €70 million, despite interest from Man United and Chelsea.
The complication that Arteta's men will have will be deciding who to sign, as the Gunners will be stuck in a hard place if they try and strengthen the midfield with Declan Rice, whose club have been asking for eye-watering figures for. Therefore, it seems quite difficult that they get both on board.
