Barcelona are back among the top eight teams in Europe after almost four years in which the 'Cules' had failed to qualify for the quarter-finals of the Champions League.
The Catalan side are back in the quarter-finals after eliminating Napoli with a 3-1 win in the second leg (4-2 on aggregate), thanks in part to a solid performance from the 'Cules' defence.
Ronald Araujo, who was key in stopping top players such as Victor Osimhen and Kvaratskhelia, spoke about his future after securing victory over the Italian side and said it was out of his hands.
"My future depends on the club. Everyone knows that I'm very happy at Barca and very grateful to Xavi," said the Uruguayan defender, who has become the leader of Barcelona's defence in recent years.
The Uruguayan defender also praised the 'Cules' gem Pau Cubarsi, who was named MVP in the match against the Neapolitans at just 17 years of age. "Cubarsi is spectacular. We complement each other very well and I hope the partnership can last for many years. He's the club's future," he concluded.
