Antony seems to be on his way out of Old Trafford. The Brazilian has failed to impress since his £85 million move from Ajax in August 2022 and could now be set for a new adventure in Spain.
According to Fabrizio Romano, the 24-year-old winger is on the verge of moving to Real Betis in a loan deal which would see him play for the La Liga side until the end of the season - June 2025.
The Italian transfer expert informed that no buy clause has been included as the two clubs are set to finalise the deal following the Premier League clash against Brighton on Sunday afternoon.
The move would be beneficial for both the player and the club as Man United would be freed from the financial burden of covering Antony's hefty salary - Betis will cover part of it - while the winger would be able to see regular minutes on the pitch.
